Registration and Fees for Music Lessons
Registration for new students is best done in person. This allows the student and parent to become acquainted with the academy, and it gives us an opportunity to place the student into the proper course of study based upon the student's age, background, etc.
Monthly class fees are collected via easy, no-hassle pre-authorized debit/credit card payment and are set up when you register.

A registration fee of $25 per family per academic year is required in addition to the program fee.

Course Lengths
Music Pups and Sunrise Classes
Four sessions of Music Pups and Sunrise classes are offered per year. Each session contains (10) 45-minute classes. The fee for materials and tuition is $150.00 per session, payable in 3 monthly installments of $50.00. A sibling discount is available for students beyond the first child in the same family who are enrolled in the same class. See fee schedule above. Siblings younger than 9 months as of the first day of the new session are free.
Fun with Drums
Three sessions of Fun With Drums are offered per year: Fall, Winter, and Spring quarters (see 10 week calendar). Each session contains (10) 45-minute classes. The tuition fee is $150.00 per session, payable in 3 monthly installments of $50.00.
Jumbie Jam
(36) 30 minute lessons per course are offered from mid-September to mid-June. The course tuition, including materials is $500.00, payable in 10 monthly installments of $50.00. A sibling tuition discount is available for students beyond the first child in the same family who are enrolled in the Jumbie Jam class. See fee schedule above.
Music for Young Children Classes
(36) 55 minute lessons per course are offered. A materials fee of $80.00 is due at the time of registration. Course tuition is $720.00, payable in 9 monthly installments of $80.00. A sibling tuition discount is available for students beyond the first child in the same family who are enrolled in MYC classes. See fee schedule above.
Private Lessons
Private lessons are offered year round in 4-month trimesters. Each trimester includes 14 private lessons and 1 group lesson. Private lessons are offered in 30, 45 and 60 minute increments.
The fee for 30 minute lessons is $380.00 per trimester, payable in equal monthly installments. The fee for 45 minute lessons is $540.00 per trimester, payable in equal monthly installments. The fee for 60 minute lessons is $720.00 per trimester, payable in equal monthly installments. See fee schedule above.
A $10 per month tuition discount is available for a student who studies multiple instruments (voice included). Discount applies to the additional instruments only.
Garage Band
The bands meet 14 times per trimester. Students work on the band material with their private instructors in between times. The tuition cost is $50 or $75 per month, for 30 or 45 minute lessons, to be added to the student’s current private lesson tuition. See fee schedule above.
